How do I get to the classrooms?
Your classes are listed in the Classes area to the right. To enter a classroom, just click the name of the class. You have lifetime access to any content you've paid for.
Is there a history of my account somewhere?
Yep! Click the Account History link above to see a history of all transactions.
How to I change my e-mail address or password?
Cick the Update Account link above to make changes to your account information. To change your username, send an e-mail request to info@reneepearson.com.
What if I have questions after my class ends?
No worries. You can still ask questions either in the forum dedicated to your class or by sending your instructor an email. After a class ends, we try to respond to all questions within 24 hours.
What if the answer to my question isn't here?
No problem. Just send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
