How to enter the chatroom

• When the meeting time arrives, click the link below or enter the URL into your favorite web browser.

• The meeting login screen appears.
• The login is for the presenter area only, so your password will not work. Instead, choose Enter as a Guest, type in your first and last name, and click Enter Room.
• You may see the following message, "Please install the updated Adobe Connect Addin..." Click No. You do not need to install any additional software.
• If the Presenter has started the chat, the chatroom launches in your browser. If the presenter has not yet arrived, you will be placed into a waiting room.
• Once the chat begins, the chatroom interface appears.
